The 19-year-old starlet was recently spotted leaving a Studio City, Calif., home store rocking sexy garter tights by Asos. Miley paired the hosiery with ripped and studded short-shorts, black knee-high biker boots, a printed tee and an army-green jacket.
Just a cazh outfit for errand running around town, right?
The former Hannah Montana actress—who had one of her most fabulous red carpet looks ever recently at the People’s Choice Awards—isn’t the first star to wear the racy lingerie trend.
Last December, her fellow Disney alum Selena Gomez slipped into a pair during a trip to Paris with boyfriend Justin Bieber.
And a month earlier, fashion rule breaker Rihanna wore her Henry Holland hosiery with flag-printed denim short, platform boots and a fur coat to dinner in London.

Happy Friday!!!! It’s time to celebrate – we’ve made it to the weekend. And, for me . . . it’s my hubby’s birthday so we’ll likely be having pizza and staying in-front of the fireplace as we are all still trying to get over being sick this past week. Moving onto the inspiration for today . . . we are ending the Wedding Vendor Challenge week with a photo shoot for a bridal shower for 4 including a tablescape and dessert display. Shafoone of Making Your Event Special and Pretty Pear Bride used two shades of blue with an accent of silver. For the main table Shafonne used a light blue table cloth with a silver sequin overlay.

1 jump ring
Pliers
Step 1 – Use your pliers to open a jump ring and attach a button.
Step 2 – Attach the part of the toggle clasp shaped like bar to the same jump ring and close tightly.
