Behind the Scenes at Rankin LIVE
Last week Milk Studios had legendary photographer Rankin set up shop to photograph New Yorkers to raise money for Oxfam. I couldnt personally attend, being chained to my desk last week who says bloggers can work by the beach? Well, maybe some anyhow I did send our new photographer Nando Alvarez over to get a good look at what was behind the scenes at the Rankin shoot I asked him how it was, he replied, there were people getting made up, thats about it. Rankin was really nice, and soft spoken, over heard giving career advice to budding photographers. Being as Rankin, co-founder of Dazed and Confused magazine and had photographed everyone from Queen Elizabeth to David Bowie. Now thats some short list.

And here are some of the portraits that came from the series, see more at MilkMade.com
